The Peri- what?  The Perisylvian system.  This is not a star system visited by Captain Kirk and the Starship Enterprise.  This is the part of your brain involved in language production.  That’s right, it helps you improvise.  Researchers at the National Institutes of Health conducting a study with rappers, (yup rappers) to study the brain activity as they freestyled.
